• This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
• Enter by clicking any Facebook ‘LIKE’ button on the site. The current months prize will be rewarded to a person selected at random from the current list of people that have ‘LIKED’ the CompetitionX Facebook page. The total number of eligible entries will determine odds of winning.
• Participants must be 18 years old and residents of the 50 US States or the District of Columbia.
• Each winner will be showcased on the CompetitionX site and can only win once during a calendar year.
• By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
• CompetitionX, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. CompetitionX further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of force majeure, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failure of any sort and to award all prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by CompetitionX.
