Eat. Sleep. RC. February 2016 Giveaway Update - Team Associated SC5M

Team Associated is the title sponsor to the February 2016 Eat. Sleep. RC. Giveaway car – and boy did they come through with a killer kit. They sent over one of their stellar SC5Ms, a 2WD Short Course truck based on the RC10B5M mid-motor race buggy. It’s a full redesign from the original SC10 and shares nearly 90% of it’s parts with the B5M and T5M including the narrow, hard-anodized chassis, V2 12mm Big Bore shocks and upgraded 4-gear transmission. Additional goodies thrown into the mix include a lightweight aluminum top shaft in the transmission, ball differential and heavy duty ball cups.

When you finally decide to put this beast on the track (and I’m sure you will!), rest assured that you will have one of the best Short Course trucks behind you! This is a race-level kit, so expect the handling to be top notch with more tuning options available than you’ll know what to do with.

But that’s not all! We’ll be building this kit with a full set of competition electronics from Hitec and Reedy, option parts from AKA, DE Racing and Schelle Racing and topping the whole project off with a custom painted SC5M body courtesy of Bradley Fine Line Designs.

If you haven’t signed up for a chance to win this car, I suggest heading over to EatSleepRC.com and filling out the form. This is one vehicle you don’t want to miss out on!
