Large scale vehicles use large scale engine. Large scale engines cause alot of vibration. Vibration leads to things falling apart, especially when it comes to your header and pipe! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen a pipe and/or header come loose, causing the driver to have to pull off and fix it (or risk getting dirt in engine).
MIP has put together a wire kit that helps prevent the dreaded ‘falling-off-tailpipe’. Basically, it keeps the bolts from loosening up and backing out. You get a pair of 25mm screws, lock washers, MIP wired header nut and MIP header wire. Instructions are included to help you install the system.
