RPM, a company well known for offering nearly unbreakable suspension parts, also offers some pretty ingenious ESC cages for most vehicles. These cages grab the ESC and keep it secured to the chassis, keeping it from ejecting in the event of a major crash.
Their latest cage is manufactured to secure Castle Creation’s Sidewinder 3 and Sidewinder SCT ESCs. Once the ESC is installed, the cage mounts in the stock location on any Traxxas Slash 2WD, Slash 2WD LCG, Slash 4×4, Slash 4×4 LCG and Stampede 4×4 & Rally.
