Tamiya is aiming at top-level racing with the release of this new flagship 2WD buggy, the TRF211XM. Featuring a slew of new parts, this chassis includes a new, lightweight resin tub chassis that can use a variety of different battery types. Big bore shocks, brass rear suspension mounts, universals and a mid-motor aluminum gearbox are all standard equipment.
But wait, that’s not all. Tamiya has also included both a gear and ball differential, allowing you to choose which one to use to suit your needs. Special indentations on the slipper pad plates help keep it cool under heavy use and the buggy is topped of with a lightweight, .6mm thick body and wing set.
