Vertigo Performance has released a cool new product for all you HPI 5B, 5T and 5SC owners. This new clutch carrier allows you ‘easy access’ to the clutch in order to change the spring, shoes or even the bell housing itself, all in the span of about 1 minute.
I helped test the prototype of this and have to say it is an amazing piece of work. Changing out the shoes or spring is a complete nightmare on the Baja, but not anymore with this awesome piece. Contains the carrier plate, spacer plate, Vertigo’s hex-drive clutch bell, 17t pinion, bearings and hardware.
