Serpent selected the very reliable, easy to start and high performance Novarossi 3-port XS pull start engine for the Cobra Ready-to-race project. The tall cooling head is engraved with both Serpent and Novarossi logo, to show the unique cooperation.
The Serpent Cobra Buggy RTR, designed by RC car race legend and World Champion Billy Easton, is aimed at the customer who has plans to start a racing career and knows he needs top quality equipment, which can be upgraded to full race spec, as all parts and options from the Race-spec Cobra also fit the RTR Cobra.
Racing this Cobra RTR Buggy on the racetrack will unleash its true potential. The race version on which its based made it into the Thailand Buggy WC and many finals of big offroad races around the globe.
The high-end package is up to its task, as the Cobra RTR comes with 2 strong MG servo’s, the Novarossi engine, a polished tuned pipe set, the superbly pre-painted Avenger body, excellent pre-mounted tires and a really nice pistol type 2.4 GHz transmitter with LCD screen and easy menu. The works!
