AVID RC Aluminum Chassis for Schumacher Mi5Evo

AVID RC Aluminum Chassis for Schumacher Mi5Evo

AVID RC has come out with a new aluminum chassis for Schumacher’s Mi5Evo that features a slew of cool features.

First off, it’s machined from a 2mm piece of 7075-T6 aluminum, anodized black and has the AVID logo lazer-etched into it. All the sides of the chassis have also been machined to give it a ‘silver edge’. It has also been narrowed to 84mm to allow more roll in the corners without touching the ground. Pockets have been machined out to reduce weight and increase flex, and a new battery mount system has been incorporated to remove the need for battery tape. Droop inserts have been included so you don’t have to remove the ones from your original carbon chassis.

This chassis is recommended for high to medium bite conditions.
