Novak has a new 1:10, sensor-based brushless system aimed at the budget-conscious enthusiast who is looking for a great setup for their ride. This system includes the Hammer ESC and NX4 4-pole brushless motor and will work in any 2WD 1:10 SC truck, 2WD/4WD 1:10 buggy or even 1:10 onroad car.
The Hammer is a fantastic unit that can handle a 2S or 3S LiPo and features Forward and Forward/Reverse operation. The firmware is accessible for upgrade or can be modified to suit a driver’s needs. Features like Throttle Curve Brake Power can be customized with a simple press of the button on the controller.
The NX4 is Novak’s 540-size, 4-pole motor that rolls in at a nice 3900kV. It uses a Neodymium rotor for extreme torque and includes pre-soldered wires for easy installation. It should fit any 1:10 application you decide to put it in.
