It’s time for RC4WD‘s August 2016 product releases – and we have 12 new products for you. Let’s take a look.
RC4WD Skavenger 1.9″ Beadlock Wheels
The first item on the list is this great-looking 1.9″ beadlock wheel, the Skavenger. It’s CNC-machined from billet aluminum and has some pretty amazing detail right down to the scale hex bolts and wheel nut cover with the RC4WD logo. It fits a standard 12mm hex and has an offset of 10mm. Each weighs right around 2.99oz. Anodized in black for a cool, shiny finish.
RC4WD 5-Lug Deep Dish Wagon 1.9″ Steel Stamped Beadlock Wheels
These next wheels are pretty slick with a nice, deep dish design. The 5-lug Wagon wheels are designed for 1.9″ vehicles and come stamped out of aluminum with CNC-machined parts. They fit 12mm hexes and have a 3mm offset. The hex mount is a separate piece and screws in from the back. These wheels weigh 2.75oz each.

RC4WD Brass Knuckle Bushings for D44 Axle
If things in your D44 axle seem to be getting sloppy, maybe it’s time you swap out the brass bushings for new ones. RC4WD now offers a package with 8 bushings for a full rebuild on one axle. Works with any of the D44 axles – narrow or wide versions.
RC4WD M3/M4 Short Straight Aluminum Rod Ends
When out on the trails, failure is not an option. One part that we can always count on to go down are the plastic rod ends, so why not beef up this area with a set of CNC-machined aluminum parts? These RC4WD ends are 22mm long, 7mm in diameter and have the ball already pressed into the rod end. The ball hole is 3mm in diameter to fit all M3 screws. They come in natural silver and sold in a pack of 10.
RC4WD Heavy Equipment Mini Valve Servos
Heavy equipment projects typically require multiple servos to power the hydraulic valves, so RC4WD is now offering the K-Power DMC809 that is perfect for this application. It’s a metal-geared servo that is only 12×31.5×23.3mm in size and packs a healthy 52oz of torque, plenty for actuating any valves. This is the servo RC4WD uses to power the hydraulics on their 1:14 scale Earth Mover 870K. Comes with multiple servo horns.
RC4WD DXR2 Dozer Mini Track Wheel
The DRX2 Dozer has a few spare parts in the list, including this mini track wheel. It’s made from hardened steel and comes with a black, varnish coating for strength. Bearings slide into each end (not included) to move freely as the tracks roll against it. Sold as a single unit.
RC4WD DXR2 Dozer Tracks
Another DRX2 Dozer part is this replacement track. It’s made from zinc alloy, has a yellow varnish coating and includes a fresh mounting pin. Sold singly.
RC4WD DXR2 Dozer Track Wheel Set
The final part for the DXR2 Dozer this month is this replacement track wheel. It’s made from hardened steel, comes with a yellow varnish coating and is a direct replacement for a worn out wheel. Sold as a single piece.
RC4WD Hydraulic 3-Valve Block
Next up is this hydraulic 3-valve block, a piece used to route all the hydraulics to different parts of your project. The base is CNC-machined from aluminum with hardened steel parts. Three input valves filter hydraulic fluid at a maximum rate of 10MPa, and it weighs in at 15oz. There are 9 output valves, all pre-attached to the aluminum mount. This is designed for the 1:12 scale Earth Digger 4200XL Excavator, but can be used in other projects requiring a healthy dose of hydraulics.
RC4WD Teraflex Diff Cover for Vaterra Ascender
The final piece in this release is another Teraflex differential cover. This one is designed for the Vaterra Ascender and is CNC-machined from aluminum with a smooth anodized, black finish. It has a scale filler hole and comes with the Teraflex logo in red. It’s a direct replacement for the stock gear cover.
