RC4WD’s end of July releases includes 12 new scale items – let’s give a quick look at each one!
RC4WD Deceptive 1.9″ Beadlock Wheels
These nice beadlock wheels are CNC-machined from aluminum and anodized black for a great final finish. Features include scale hex bolts and a standard 12mm hex mount. These are 1.9″ wheels that are 26.3mm wide and have a 10.8mm offset. Each weighs around 79.6g.
RC4WD Truckie 1.55″ Beadlock Wheels
The Truckie is a 1.55″ billet aluminum wheel that is also designed as a beadlock. It mounts with a 12mm hex and has scale hex bolts on the front side as well as a scale center cap with the RC4WD logo. They are 24mm wide with a 8.3mm offset and weigh in at 39.5g each.
RC4WD Stocker 1.7″ Beadlock Wheels
The Stocker is one awesome looking wheel, machined from billet with some amazing front detail including scale hex bolts and a separate center cap with RC4WD logo. They size in at 1.7″ with a width of 25mm and an offset of 8mm. Each weighs 53.7g.
RC4WD Scrambler Offroad 1.0″ Scale Tires
RC4WD has included a new tire in this release – the Scrambler. This tire fits 1.0″ wheels and comes in RC4WD’s advanced X2SS Compound – either Super Soft or Super Sticky. They have an overall diameter of 61.7mm and width of 22.2mm. Each tire weighs around 12g and includes foam insert.
RC4WD Replacement Leaf Springs for TF2 SWB
Should you wear out the leaf springs on your TF2, you can now purchase replacement ones separately. These are for the SWB (Short WheelBase) version of the TF2 and are stiffer than the stock springs, designed for those that need a higher payload capacity. They are easy to install and require no modifications. Comes as a set of 4.
RC4WD The Ultimate Mini Scale Shocks (40mm)
Got a micro-sized project that needs some scale shocks? Well look no further – RC4WD has these machined aluminum dampers that look incredibly scale right down to their internal spring design. They have an overall length of 46mm and weight just about 3g each – perfect for 1:18 scale projects.
RC4WD 14mm Universal Hexes for Killer Krawler 2
If you want to install larger wheels and tires on your 1:4 scale Killer Krawler 2 but can’t find the right combo, maybe this 14mm conversion will help! Machined from billet aluminum, these hexes bolt right up to your KK2 and allow you to install a great set of 3.8″ wheels like the Pro10 40 Series or Thorax 40 Series. They come as a set of 4 and use M4 screw holes to keep your new wheels securely fastened.
RC4WD Tough Armor Roll Cage for Chevy Blazer
What would a RC4WD release be without something from Tough Armor. This cage is designed to fit the bed area of the Chevy Blazer, with or without the shell. It is made from heavy duty steel tube, bent, hand-welded and powdercoated black for a beautiful finish. It is corrosion resistant and weighs in at 218g.
RC4WD M3 Offset Short Aluminum Rod Ends (10)
Tired of those plastic rod ends failing at the worst time possible? Upgrade to these super durable aluminum rod ends from RC4WD. They are 20mm long and 6mm in diameter so you’ll never need to worry about breaking them. The ball hole is 3mm and pre-installed in the rod end. Fits 3mm threaded shafts and comes in a pack of 10.
RC4WD DXR2 Dozer Drive Motor and Gear Assembly Set
RC4WD’s Dozer is one beastly rig, so having a replacement drive motor is probably not a bad idea to have. This one uses a 55T 540 can that is attached to a zinc alloy/hardened steel gear assembly. It has a black/yellow varnish coating for maximum durability, polished bearings for smooth operation and 263.1:1 gear ratio for intense torque. Even the motor uses a high torque magnet and rotor. Sold individually, pre-wired and includes extra gear-mounting screws.
RC4WD 1:10 Warm Mini Hawse Fairlead
Scalers like their Warn products – here’s a new Mini Hawse Fairlead from RC4WD that is officially licensed, CNC-machined and anodized black. it is designed for 1:10 scale applications and works great on RC4WD’s Mini Warn 9.5cti Winch.
RC4WD Teraflex Diff Cover for Yota II Axle
If you’re a Yota II owner (or use the Yota II axles in other projects), RC4WD has these officially licensed Teraflex gear covers that will add some nice detail. They are CNC-machined aluminum, anodized black and come with the Teraflex logo on them.
