Do you love RC4WD’s D44 complete metal axles but not fond of the extra weight? Well now you can get them with lightweight, injection-molded cases!
That’s right – RC4WD now sells their super popular front and rear complete D44 axles wrapped in injection molded plastic, retaining the strong, scale look while saving quite a bit of weight; 2.25oz on the front and 1.96oz on the rear. This is great for those that are trying to lower the weight without sacrificing durability.
Both axles include heavy duty bevel gears, removable diff covers and hardened steel axles. Steering angle on the front axle maxxes out at 45° with plastic steering knuckles that come with 8° of king pin angle built in.
5mm output shafts and 12mm steel wheels hexes are also standard.
