Parts warranty isn’t something new in the RC business, but when a company backs they’re products against normal breakage for up to 400 days, that’s saying something. GPM is basically telling you to run your optioned-out ride free from stress with this 400-day warranty available through rcMart.
As with all warranties, there are a few exceptions as noted from the rcMart web site:
“Human inflicted damages are not covered, this covers and is not limited to: drilling, grinding, filing, and/or modifying parts, nor will GPM warranty any part that has been worn out through extended use and / or abuse. Bent parts are not considered under warranty in most situations unless the part in question was bent due to manufacturing defects.”
While it does appear that you have to actually break the part, it’s still good to know that you can get the part replaced should it actually fail due to a defect.
