Tamiya Mercedes-Benz Unimog 425 (CC-01)

Tamiya has added another vehicle on their popular CC-01 platform; the Mercedes-Benz Unimog 425. This has always been one of my favorite vehicles, so it’s great to see them pushing it out on this inexpensive platform.

The body is beautiful, reproduced to match the 1:1 scale Unimog (which, in German, stands for UNIversal-MOtor-Gerat). The kit comes with separate parts including the snorkel, cap, emblems and side mirrors. Metal-plated light cases and MB logo are also included.

The Unimog comes with Tamiya’s TBLE-02S ESC and motor.
