TrakPower TK955 Digital Soldering Station

TrakPower TK955 Digital Soldering Station

There are two different types of people that solder; those that do it with precision for maximum heat transfer and those that use the ‘smashed hands’ approach (when the solder joint looks like smashed hands because you use more pressure than heat).

Don’t be a ‘smashed hand’s person; get one of Trakpower’s new, bad ass TK955 Digital Soldering Stations! Similar to their TK950 Station (and one I’ve been using now for a LONG time), this new unit features a digital, easy-to-read display that shows the exact temperature you’ve selected. Three buttons below the readout control output; temperature up, temperature down and an on/off button. An included Security Key makes sure the temp you’ve selected stays within 1.8°F even while the iron is idle.

Also included are a new, heavy duty iron, base, sponge and ready-to-stick decals (for the iron, not your walls!).

Pick this iron up and solder with precision!
