RC Tuning - Inline Axle

Inline axles provide aggressive steering characteristics.

Navigation Arrow What is an Inline Axle?

Inline Axles are just what the term implies…the Axle is Inline with the Kingpin.

This is usually an optional steering setup and requires the use of a different Axles (in most cases) and different steering blocks.

Navigation Arrow Tuning with an Inline Axle

Inline Axles are optional on most offroad vehicles. When used, they provide a much more aggressive steering feeling into and out of corners.

As with the Trailing Axles, some vehicles use spacers to move the steering block/caster block assembly forward or rearward. While using Inline Axles, you will need to space the steering block/caster block assembly rearward.
