3Racing Sakura D4 Drift Machine

3Racing has announced a pair of new drifters in both AWD and RWD formats. The Sakura D4 is a newer version of the D3, however it has a few features that should make it perform alot better.

First, the D4 has a battery mounting system that puts it BEHIND the rear shock tower. This give the D4 as much weight on the rear of the car as possible. The next big deal is the massive steering angle, perfect for 2WD.

We’re looking to get both an AWD and 2WD version to run at our local drift track to see how it stacks up to some of best drifters out there. Stay tuned for more info.
