ARRMA has expanded their Infraction lineup with this new Resto-Mod body set! Underneath, this truck still houses the same go-fast goodies to push you past your local speed limit – Spektrum SLT3 2.4GHz radio system, waterproof ESC and a Mega 570 brushed motor. All this is topped off with some old school flair – Infraction body in two new designs and dBoots Katar ‘all terrain’ tires.
All of the standard features are included to give the Infraction exceptional handling – front and rear anti-roll bars, rear diffuser and threaded oil-filled shocks.
The Infraction is available in two colors: red and green.
What We Like:
We’re kind of digging the new look (we like the green more than the red) with the old-school ‘steelie’ wheels and all terrain tires. The dBoots Katars look like they can handle street duty as well as some light-offroad action – the ground clearance of the truck is going to be the limited factor. All-in-all, it’s a cool new look that should be priced under the brushless Infraction, making it more readily available to first-time purchasers.
What We’re Not Sure About:
On the flip side of that lower price (we think), there are compromises – a brushed motor setup that is only capable of 2S LiPo power, for one. This will not make it as exciting as the brushless Infraction, but all that can be upgraded when your budget allows.
