While not yet on the market, Arrowmax is teasing us with the designs of a new electric screwdriver pen.
This pen, known as the SES Max Smart Electric Screwdriver Pen, is a state-of-the-art tool is designed to automatically sense the direction and torque needed to tighten (or loosen) a screw – all you have to do is hold the unit and press a button.
It has a ton of different uses, is small in size, is app-customizable, has a standing magnetic charging stand and comes with 70 different steel bits – 19x extended screwdriver tips, 46x common bits, 5x nut drivers and 1x total length 58mm power tip extension!
At the moment, this screwdriver sits in a Kickstarter program but, by the looks of it, will be on the market in no time (see Kickstarter link below).

What We Like:
We LOVE the idea of a tiny-format Makita-ish driver for building and maintaining cars. Depending on price, this could very well be a do-all electric tool that every racer has in their bag!
What We’re Not Sure About:
Honestly, the size. It’s a bit small, so not sure how torquey it’s going to be for RC use (like 1/8 scale). While it may be mega-useful, we still think a full set of drivers are going to be required as back up.
