BlackZon Smyter Mini Offroad Vehicles | CompetitionX

New from HPI/Maverick RC is the BlackZon Smyter 1/12 scale vehicle line. This platform will come in 3 flavors – Monster Truck, Desert Truck and Desert Buggy – and will have features like a 4WD shaft-driven drivetrain, coilover shocks, gear front and rear gear diffs and a full set of ball bearings.

All 3 rides will also be powered by a brushed 390-sized motor coupled with a 2-in-1 ESC/receiver combo, all getting juiced by an included 7.4v Li-Ion 1500mAh battery pack.

What We Like:
All 3 versions look quite cool, our fav for sure being the Desert Buggy. We think these will be great entry level rides for the gift givers over the Holiday!

What We’re Not Sure About:
Since we haven’t seen a price yet, that’s going to really tell the tale of where these cars will fall in regards to purchase power.
