This spool replaces the differential and eliminates ‘diffing’ through the rear axle. Using a specialized aluminum hub, it keys to the spur and then clamps to the included carbon rear axle. Combined, this system reduces the overall weight and rotating mass that the standard diff has.

What We Like:
Having raced F1 on carpet, rear diff settings were always crucial for the best performance. Having one of these removes that out of the equation and helps the car forward drive and, really, overall consistency. We highly suggest trying this part if you race F1 on any high-bite surface.
What We’re Not Sure About:
This system does change the way the car drives, quite dramatically. It may be a bit too much for some drivers to handle.
