HPI is back with their excellent renditions of super popular cars – like the BMW 2002 Turbo on the Sport 3 Flux platform! Underneath that beautiful shell is your standard Sport 3 Flux with its on-piece, molded chassis, sealed AWD drivetrain, metal gear diffs and a fully adjustable suspension setup.
The electronics package consists of HPI’s powerful Flux setup – 4000kV brushless motor, 3S-compatible ESC, digital ESC and the TF-51 2.4GHz radio system.
Now, the body. It’s based on the 1970’s BMW 2002 complete with flared fenders, rear spoiler, side mirrors, front emblem and a complete light bucket set with and all new LED lighting setup!!! HPI has coupled this with some beautiful FS-15 8-spoke wheels with HPI’s Spec-Grip tires wrapped around them!

What We Like:
The Sport 3 Flux is a fun, versatile chassis. We’ve run a couple cars on this platform and it’s wonderful. Add this stunning BMW body, though, and it’s a game-changer – basically, it’s friggin’ AWESOME!!!!
What We’re Not Sure About:
The ability to have 3S is great, but we’ve found it’s a bit much for this platform – in some cases.
