ProTek RC has announced a new Tuned Exhaust Pipe / 80mm Manifold combo for use in the highly contested 1/8 scale racing class. This pipe is designed to increase run times by optimized fuel mileage while still delivering maximum performance throughout the run.

The setup comes with a 2135 tuned pipe, 2135 80mm manifold, exhaust springs (both for the manifold and pipe) and a pair of high-temp gaskets.

What We Like:
While we don’t race nitro anymore, we do recognize the benefit of better fuel economy during a 1/8 scale race (without sacrificing power). To top if off, this setup is endorsed by the one and only Ryan Maifield, so it has to be good!

What We’re Not Sure About:
Nothing. Nitro racers should definitely give this setup a try.
