<p>The Volkswagen Golf24 race car was entered in the 2011 24 Hours Nürburgring to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Golf GTI. This car featured race-spec modifications including a front-mounted 440hp inline 5-cylinder turbocharged engine, 4WD powertrain, and a dynamic form with fender flares and a rear wing.
