Team Associated RC8B4.2 Team Kit
The new RC8B4.2 is the latest in the long line of 1/8 scale offroaders from Team Associated. It comes with a host of new features – new offset rear hubs and rear suspension arms, -4mm chassis in FWB configuration, high-volume center differential, long chassis brace options and a high-downforce rear wing – as well as a few standard updates (brake pad material, for one).
The RC8B4.2 is available in two Nitro versions – the US Team kit for low-traction/bumpy tracks and the Euro kit for high-grip, sweeping layouts.

What I Like:
Honestly, I can’t imagine 1/8 scale cars (well, any cars for that matter) actually getting better with each release, but I know AE has always been at the top of their game in this segment. Good to see them still putting the time in with these cars.
What I’m Not Sure About:
Always seems odd to me that there’s a need for TWO separate cars for low-grip and high-grip surfaces. But, I suppose, you buy the one that comes with the parts for that particular traction.
