Tekno NT48 2.0 Nitro Truggy Online Build

The long-awaited Tekno NT48 2.0 is finally here and we got our hands on one for the unboxing and build videos!

This new 1/8 Nitro Truggy shares the platform with the ET48 2.0 and has features like quick access diffs, incredibly free suspension, twisted caster front arms and a decoupled radio tray. Tekno has also gone through the Truggy in terms of durability, adding bulk to areas that needed some extra strength.

We get to unleash this bad boy from its box and for the first time in a LONG time, do some Nitro racing!

Welcome to Part 1 of the Tekno NT48 2.0 Nitro Truggy Build.

If you followed along with our ET48 2.0 Truggy build, I’m sure a lot of this is going to look familiar – the two Truggys use almost all the same parts.

In this video, we go over the tools we suggest for a pain-free building experience, a little about the manual and then hop right into the build – all 3 differentials and the front and rear gearboxes.

Hello everyone and welcome to the final chapter in the Tekno NT48 2.0 Nitro Truggy Build.

We wrap up the Truggy build with the electronics install, engine parts, steering and throttle linkages as well as the wheels, tires and body.

At the time of this video, we didn’t have our engine yet so the build will involve installing everything without it. A future video will be released with the engine install and setup.
