Last weekend at the iHobby International Model show, TQ Race Products debuted the prototype of it’s new challenger. A 1/8 scale electric off-road buggy. The SX8 Evo E is built on the development of the SX10 series of 1/10 electric vehicles to enter this growing section of the industry.

Key features include use of saddle pack chassis design to improve weight distribution and give the customer more options on battery and electronic set up. A forward mounted motor to improve steering and balance. TQ also continues its tradition of smooth effective shocks with big bore shocks designed to handle any terrain put in front of the car.

Development of the car will start immediately, with an expected release the very end of 2010 or early in 2011. More information about the car will be released in the weeks to come.
