A new company has formed – XOTIK – and they’ve come out with a pretty interesting concept chassis; a 1/32 scale Mini Track race car!
These cars look very similar to Tamiya’s Mini 4WD cars, however the XOTIK versions are true RC versions that include a 2.4GHz radio system with fully proportional steering and throttle, 130-sized motor and powered by a 3.7v 300mAh LiPo battery. Roller guides are located at all four corners to help divert the XOTIK away from barriers. These little racers also work on Tamiya’s Mini 4WD race track!
There are three versions available – Diesel Thunder, Manga Spirit and Super Storm. All three are based on the same chassis with the bodies, wheels and color of the tires being the main difference. All three can also accept some Mini 4WD hop up parts as well.
I kind of think a class of these would be really fun, especially on a similar Mini 4WD track (maybe one BIG lane to race and pass in instead of individual lanes). Hopefully we’ll see some tracks like that pop up real soon!
