New from 1UP Racing are these UltraLite front bumpers, 3D-printed parts from USA manufacturer Alera3D. They are comprised of premium European polymers and feature a unique internal structure that compresses during hard impacts – enough to save the car but not enough to distort the body. They weigh in at roughly 5.5g (depending on the bumper) and have rounded edges to prevent snagging.

What We Like:
Lightweight, 3D-printed parts are all the rage right now, with the top part being front bumpers. Unlike traditional foam bumpers, these printed parts let companies include more chassis manufacturers in their releases – a win/win for everyone.
What We’re Not Sure About:
3D-printed parts will soon be overly saturated. I see it coming.
