The GT24 Retro Rally Car from Carisma is the perfect little ride for first timers or drivers looking for an indoor ride during the cold, wintery months. It comes in RTR trim with a 2.4GHz radio system, rally tires, brushless motor and a 7.2v NiMh battery pack.
What We Like:
First off, the retro rally styling certainly caught my eye. It’s got a sort of Escort look to it and looks great with the minimal livery and black spoked wheels. It has some great features for such a tiny ride: fully-independent suspension, full bearings, a 7.2v NiMh battery and a powerful 8000kV brushless motor!
What We’re Not Sure About:
There are two things that we wonder about – 1) 8000kV motor is pretty stout for such a small ride, dare I say too much?? And 2) NiMh battery – really? Most current micro rides offer at least a 1S LiPo battery at this point, but that might be way to much power with the 8000kV motor.
Either way, this little rally car is super attractive and I just might have to pick one up!
