ProTek’s new ‘mid-sized’ HV LiPo pack is a great solution for those wanting something a little bigger than a standard shorty and smaller than a standard LiPo pack. It’s rated at 7200mAh, 130C and encased in a standard hard case for protection. What We Like:
While we’ve never needed anything in this size range, we love that the option is there. This might be perfect for Touring Car where the standard full-stick 8000+mAh packs are just too big and the smaller ‘shorty’ packs are just too small (or don’t have enough mAh). We’d love to give these a go in our USGT class and see how they work!
What We’re Not Sure About:
Nothing. Might be a wonderful solution for weight savings as well!
