New from Redcat Racing is this stellar-looking custom Chevrolet Hauler. It starts life on a new chassis that features 1.5mm thick C-channel frame rails, aluminum shocks and a trick suspension system that has an optional on-the-fly ‘lowering’ kit (via servos). The semi-truck-style wheel and tire combo are on point as is the beautiful 1953 Chevrolet Cab-Over-Engine body set.
Redcat has also included a ton of additional highlights: LED ready (with a total of 18 lights), a hauler bed that includes ‘anti-skid’ surface, wheel chocks and tie-downs, adjustable loading ramps, super-scale cab and interior and a 4-channel radio system!
Available in red or blue.

What We Like:
At first glance, this truck reminded us of the Traxxas hauler but, after a little examination, is really geared more towards the onroad scaler crowd. It’s an absolute beauty and we’re really loving the look with all the LEDs and lowering kit (a definite must-have). Redcat did this one right!!!
What We’re Not Sure About:
The only thing we’re unsure of is the battery compartment – the cover ‘latch’ houses a faux winch. This might be a bit cumbersome if one were to change out the fake unit for a real one.
