If you own any Traxxas rides that have the GTR Shocks, you’ll want to check out these Shock Shaft Guards from RPM RC Products. These guards block and protect your shock shaft from any debris that might hit the shaft, resulting in a nick or cut that could damage the internal shock o-rings.

One part of the kit replaces the lower shock spring retainer with the rest of the kit attaching to that. The kit provides 100% frontal shock shaft coverage and gives you piece of mind when you’re out bashing away!

What We Like:
We’ve been bit by nicked shock shafts in the past, a mar that ends up ripping the internal o-ring and creating a leaky shock. Once fixed, we added a set of these and they were well worth the $12 to protect the shocks. A good investment if you’re a big-time basher!
