Tamiya Volkswagen Golf II Gti 16V Rally Body Set | CompetitionX

Tamiya has announced the release of the VW Golf II Gti 16V Rally body as a separate item. This body set is designed to fit the MF-01X, but will work with almost any M-Chassis with a wheelbase of 239mm (L-size wheelbase spec).

The body comes clear with an overspray film, window masks and a Tamiya’s VERY detailed sticker sheet. It also comes with the molded external body parts to finish off the look – bumpers, mirrors and 4-pack of front driving lights.

What We Like:
There’s always a place in our hearts for a great-looking, old-school ride and the VW Gti Golf II fits right into that category. We also love that the body set can be used in Rally trim or, for those looking for something a little more custom, a killer ground-hugging street project.
