WEX RC has announced a budget-TC that is sure to turn some heads – the Coupe Touring Car Kit. This tub-based chassis features a 4WD, shaft-driven drivetrain, 4-wheel independent suspension, oil-filled shocks, dual-bellcrank steering, anti-roll bars and adjustable turnbuckles. Other notable items includes some aluminum goodies – center shaft, motor mount and shock bodies – all anodized red. There’s even a receiver and wiring box included in the build.

What We Like:
WEX RC states that this car is going after the TT-02 market and, from looking at it, they’re on the right track. It appears to be a proper race car – lots of tuning adjustments, aluminum, oil-filled shocks and that waterproof receiver box gives the idea of maybe a Rally version coming?
What We’re Not Sure About:
Unfortunately for us here in the USA, parts availability might be an issue. They are trying to get that figured out though.
