Losi has announced the 2.0 version of their popular Baja Rey. This beautiful rig has some hot new features and comes in two liveries: Method Racing and Isenhouer Brothers Heatwave!
Updated items on these two wild rides include officially licensed bodies, wheels and tires, functional dual rear spare tires, LED light bars and a new brushless system that pushes these bad boys past the 50mph mark. The front gearbox, rear axle, upper front arms and 4-link bar design has also seen some tweaks for better performance.
The electronics package consists of a waterproof 130A ESC, Spektrum 3800kV brushless motor, Spektrum S614 servo and a Spektrum DX3 radio system for control.

What We Like:
Honestly, if this truck is anything like the V1 version, it’s going to be a kick-ass ride. We’re also loving the updated look of it as well.
What We’re Not Sure About:
Nothing, yet. We’re sure it will be a strong truck but it’s always interesting to see what ‘issues’ evolve when it finally gets in the hands of the consumer.
