We always look forward to the mass-release e-mail from RC4WD to see all the cool new scale parts. This mid-month release shows us five new items … let’s take a quick look at all of them.
The first is a RC4WD’s Mojave 2 body set for the TF2, except this one is all camo’ed out! It’s hard plastic construction is pre-painted in camo from the tip of the front hood to the very back of the rear tailgate. Attach the bolt-on body parts and it’s ready to mount and enjoy! Comes with the camo body, back cab wall (also camo’ed out), glass, taillights and headlights, grille, an exterior/interior parts tree, manual and sticker sheet.
Don’t have a TF2 to put that camo body on? Well that’s ok – RC4WD has included that in this month’s release as well! The Trail Finder 2 Truck Kit is a complete truck kit minus the body and includes an all new Hammer Transfer Case, R3 2-speed Transmission, cast Yota axles, new TF2 aluminum chassis, 1.55 beadlock wheels, Tough Armor front and rear bumpers as well as Tough Armor side sliders. It’s a killer rig, and there’s alot more info on it (as well as additional pictures) over at RC4WD’s website, so head over there to check it out.
Next up is this scale steel Punisher driveshaft for the TF2. It’s a direct fit replacement for the stock shaft and is made from engineering-grade steel for strength. The advanced internal spline is designed to take some major abuse, so don’t be afraid to take your TF2 into big boy territory!
Ready to add some beauty to your beast? RC4WD now has these officially licensed 1.7″ Raceline Gunner Wheels. These gorgeous rollers are CNC-machined from billet aluminum and then anodized black. They feature scale hex bolts and lazer-etched logo on the center cap. They work with any 12mm hex and look great on the … you guessed it … Trail Finder 2.
Last on the list of new products is this cool looking wooden shipping case. Yes, I did say wood … routed with details like rolled edges and a removable top to allow storage of smaller items. It’s 101x61x39mm in dimension and will look awesome in the back of your Trail Finder 2! Comes in black with the RC4WD sticker right on top!
