Axial Racing, known for their stellar line of 1:10 scale, scale vehicles, has dropped a lilliputian bomb this morning with the release of a pair of 1:18 scale offroaders; the Yeti Jr. and Yeti Jr. SCORE Trophy Truck.
Both vehicles are based loosely from their 1:10 scale counter parts, featuring universal axles, shrunken AR18 solid rear axles, independent front suspensions and oil-filled shocks with threaded bodies. Both come ready to run, powered by 40T brushed motors, Tactic RE20 ESC/Receiver combos and a Duratrax Onyx 1300mAh NiMh battery that can be charged via the included Duratrax USB charger.
And in case you’re wondering, Axial has brought the officially licensed products to the Juniors – BFGoodrich, Method, Sparco and Icon licensed parts are used.
