Futaba T10PX Radio System | CompetitionX

Futaba T10PX Radio System | CompetitionX

Futaba has dropped a teaser of their next evolution radio system, the T10PX. No details have yet to be released on this 4th gen unit, but it’s safe to say this is going to be a top notch radio system with some amazing features. It uses the F-4G system, like the 7PXR, and should be available in two versions – a nitro setup with the R404SBS receiver and the R404SBS-E electric version using a built-in antenna. Just look at that design so far – stunning – and that antenna-less receiver is going to be a welcome addition.

More details when they become available.

What We Like:
We love-love-love our 7PX and have been thinking about getting the 7PXR but, well, ya. No. We’ll be waiting on this system. We dig the new look and are very interested in the ‘F-4G’ system. We’re sure there’s a lot more goodies in this radio that we’ll be interested in.

What We’re Not Sure About:
As always – price. The 7PX is right about the $700, the PXR around $50 more. The 10PX is surely to top the $800 mark – so start saving your pennies now. The only other hope is that it is still backwards compatible as far as receivers. No one wants to buy an $800 radio system AND a bunch of new receivers.
