Hitec RDX2 1000 AC/DC Dual Port Charger/Discharger/Power Supply | CompetitionX

Hitec has announced a new AC/DC charging station that is an absolute beast. The RDX2 1000 is a full-featured setup that can charge and discharge the gamit of cells – LiPo, LiFe and LiIon (1-6 cells), NiCD and NiMH (1/15 cells), PB Lead-Acid (2-20v) – a rapid rates. It’s a dual-port setup with each offering 20A of charging simultaneously or, if you’re in the need, you can combine the two ports for a 35A rate.

The RDX2 1000 has Hitec’s very easy-to-use interface and includes a monster power supply that even has inputs for tire warmers.

What We Like:
Hitec has been coming on strong lately with their product line, especially the servos. This new powerhouse is sure to catch the eye of those looking for an all inclusive setup for high-rate charging at the track or even the flight field. We’ve also been big fans of Hitec’s user interface, making this one quite attractive to us for home use!

What We’re Not Sure About:
It’s a rather large setup, so transportation might be an issue for some.
