I’ve been using Hitec’s X2 AC Plus 2-Port AC/DC Multi-Charger for a bit now and it has become one of my favorite chargers. It’s very user friendly and I love the fact that it will charge more than 1 pack at a time. Sitting next to it is my soldering iron, something I use often but hate carrying it around. What if I could combine the charger and my soldering iron … nah, never going to happen.
Until now. Check out Hitec’s newest 2-port charger, the X2 AC Pro. This multi-charger is the big brother of the Plus and retains the same charging features, however it has been pumped up to push out 200 watts of total power in AC mode and up to 300 watts total output in DC. In addition, the X2 Pro comes with a 60W soldering iron that screws into the front with adjustable operating temps from 400°-840°. It can store up to 20 charging profiles and can, of course, work with all battery chemistries including the newest high-voltage LiPo (LiHV) cells.
