JConcepts has added the Landmines to their tire stable, these being a bolt-on set of offroad kicks for the popular Traxxas UDR!
These tires feature a split-block design on a very tough carcass and use a 2.2×3.2″ bead mounting design that is compatible with the UDR. The Landmines are available in a yellow (medium) compound, include a medium/hard open cell foam insert and come pre-mounted on a set of JConcepts wheels.
What We Like:
Even though the UDR is a killer-cool ride, it’s not the most popular truck on the lot. It’s a nice thing to see a tire company support it with some aftermarket rubber. Offering them a pre-mount option only makes it that much easier to open the bag, install and go!
What We’re Not Sure About:
The price is a bit steep – $52 a pair. I get it, though. Heck, the UDR costs is just shy of $800, what’s another $100?
