New from JConcepts is the Warrior body, a race-oriented lid for the ARRMA Typhon 1/8 scale buggy!
This buggy body is a direct fit on the Typhon and has a bubbly, cab-forward design that doubles as a ‘roll cage’, helping to protect the internal chassis components. Vents on the cab can be opened up to increase airflow to the electronics and JC has included a unique ‘split-window’ design – we actually like it! It also allows more airflow to the rear wing, creating better downforce and more grip.
What We Like:
Honestly, it’s a bit quirky – but just enough to where we like it. The split window design also adds some unique flair to the rather bubbly cab, giving it personality.
What We’re Not Sure About:
This is one of those bodies that’s not going to be for everyone, but we like its odd design. Add in those JC wheels and aggressive tires and you’ve got a cool looking ride, albeit a bit odd. But in a good way.
