R1 Wurks has announced the Volta line of brushless motors. Thanks to their sleek design and super efficiency, these motors offer increased performance across the entire power band – more punch, mid-range and top end. They include an all new Volta long-rotor for maximum torque and are suited best for offroad applications.
They will be available in 4 different winds: 13.5T, 17.5T, 21.5T and 25.5T.
What We Like:
We’ve always LOVED the power of our R1 motors and use them in all of the Touring Car classes (Expert 17.5T, USGT and VTA). We even use them in our offroad cars and they work great, so we’re excited to hear more power is coming!!!
What We’re Not Sure About:
We haven’t seen anything yet on ROAR approval, so be careful if you get one of these to try at any kind of sanctioned event.
