RC4WD Trail Finder 2 RTR Trail Truck with Mojave II Body

RC4WD Trail Finder 2 RTR Trail Truck with Mojave II Body

RC4WD’s amazing Trail Finder 2 is now available with the incredibly scale Mojave II body set.

This truck comes loaded with scale features; starting with the chassis rails. They, as well as the sale shock hoops, leaf springs and body mounts, are all machined from billet aluminum. The shocks use are also billet aluminum and feature an internal spring for the ultimate in scale looks. A chassis mounted ‘fuel cell’ is actually a case for your receiver and light controllers.

The TF2 RTR includes RC4WD’s Hammer Transfer Case. It uses 32P gears for strength and sends the power through a R3 single speed transmission. The housing for the trans is cast aluminum for durability and uses a Delrin spur gear and slipper clutch to help protect the internals. Steel universals transfer the power to the wheels, and a beautiful set of wheels they are. White, stamped 1.55″ wheels are strong and look great, and they feature an internal beadlock system so no glue is required. The TF2 RTR rolls on a set of Mud Thrashers molded in a sticky M3 compound.

The electronics in the TF2 RTR are great as well. A RC4AWD Outcry brushed ESC sends power to the 45T, brushed crawler motor. Handling the steering is a RC4WD Twisted Metal Gear digital servo with a torque rating set at a whopping 153oz/in! A XR3b 3-channel 2.4GHz radio system controls the truck.

We saved the best for last – look at that awesome Toyota body! Its really a work of art and includes chrome bumpers, pre-painted grill and headlight reflectors. Wipers, mirrors, marker light details and door handles also add to the scale realism. The drop bed has been painted black and, if you feel inclined, a full light set can be added to the truck.
