It’s easy to see why people love the Tamiya’s Blackfoot so much; that hard plastic body is a beauty. The guys over at Rogue Element Components, however, think it can be better … and I’ll have to say they’re new Drop-Bed Kit is pretty sexy!
It starts with a with multiple pieces of pre-cut Styrene, with 1/32″ aircraft-grade pre-scored Birch plywood for the insets. Also included are nickel-plated pins for bolt heads and a full instruction sheet.
This is a pretty bad ass upgrade to your Blackfoot. This conversion parts are thicker than the body itself, so it won’t turn the back half of your ride into a noodle.
