Commemorating the 45th Anniversary of the original kit, Tamiya has announced a special edition of the Porsche 934 Vaillant based on the TA02SW chassis. The model features a white body set and includes a photo-etched product plate and a one-page printed message by Tamiya’s Executive Chairman, Shunsaku Tamiya!
What We Like:
We’ve been waiting for a re-release of the TA02SW chassis – it mimics the Porsche’s super short (236mm) wheelbase perfectly! It’s also a super fun car to drive! We’re also diggin’ these commemorative editions and hope Tamiya celebrates more vehicles like this!
What We’re Not Sure About:
This will most likely be a limited edition vehicle, making it one that everyone will buy but no one will run – and expensive. Maybe a great investment for your retirement…
