You have to admit that there’s something gorgeous about the Porsche Turbo RSR 934 – the macho front end, bulky fenders and swooping whale tail are traits that only adorn a select few beautiful cars.
Tamiya has remastered this ride from their super popular Porsche Turbo RSR Type 934 Jägermeister (see our review on this car here: Review: Tamiya Limited Edition Porsche Turbo RSR Type 934 and turned it into the ‘Black’ Edition, basically a colored variation of that car. It still rides on the TA02SW chassis and includes a 4WD drivetrain, front gear diff/rear ball diff configuration and is compatible with all the hopups the Jägermeister could handle.
While that may not be super enticing, note that the Porsche Turbo RSR Type 934 Jägermeister was a limited edition release and, as of now, not available without searching high and low.
So, if you missed out on the Jägermeister version, be happy that you can still get one of these beauties in it’s alternate form.
