Tamiya has announced the return of the VW Golf Racing Gr.2 kit. This is a re-release of the 2013 car, now back in all it’s glory!
This kit features the fabulous VW Golf body with Kamei livery and is sitting on top of the M-05S chassis. It will come with the multi-piece gold wheels and racing slicks. We’re waiting to see if it will come with a motor and the new Hobbywing ESC – details on that soon.

What We Like:
This has always been one of our favorite M-chassis rides not only because of the livery, but the old-school Golf body set. This should be a really fun re-re!
What We’re Not Sure About:
We’re not a huge fan of the M-05S chassis, so we may look to see if we can find a suitable replacement.
