Team Associated APEX 1:18 Scale RTR Touring Car

Team Associated APEX 1:18 Scale RTR Touring Car

Team Associated is reviving their 1:18 scale chassis and dropping into their APEX lineup – the first (of possibly other) being the APEX touring car.

This mini onroader is pretty much the same as the old one, save for a pair of new color schemes and some nice new Reedy-branded electronics! The SC200-D is a water-resistant ESC/receiver combo that works with brushed motors and takes up a tiny footprint. This is a great improvement as it keeps the receiver down low for better handling (the previous model had the receiver on the top deck.

A new Reedy R0119 servo is also included and features a shortened power lead to help clean up all the messy wiring 1:18 scale cars usually have.

This will be a great car for beginners wanting a taste of onroad speed. I might just have to order one up!
